We invited 3rd fittest teen, Reece Mitchell, over to Again Faster Europe HQ for a training session, needless to say, the 16-year-old put our UK sales manager through his paces with the WOD to end all WODs.

Reece Mitchell's Top Tips For CrossFit Training

  1. The most important thing in my eyes is always having fun when training, laugh, play, make it as enjoyable as possible as this is the main reason we all do CrossFit.
  2. Embracing the pain, Always go hard, remember that if you have given your 100% you should be happy.
  3. Join in class workouts, no matter how good you are, you should always train with the community as these are your friends and will be your biggest fans.
  4. Trust your coach, have faith in your coach as these people know you better than anyone else and will always have your best interests at heart.
  5. Trust the process, keep doing what your doing; remember every time you train you're getting better!
