At Again Faster, our goal is to make your ordering and delivery process as efficient as possible; learn about our shipping and returns policies below.


Again Faster Shipping Policy

Our warehouse team work to ensure all in-stock equipment will be dispatched within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) of the order being placed and the receipt of funds, excluding any business day holidays.

Order processing times will vary depending on order size, and it may be possible your order is processed and shipped sooner. For orders that include pre-order products, this will be extended to accommodate the pre-order dispatch date; please refer to the pre-order product for the expected delivery date.

*When your order is delivered, please immediately check for any damages before signing. If original product packaging has been discarded, we will not accept any returns for refunds.

  • 5-7 business days Europe
  • 15-25 business days for third party products

We are working with couriers to ensure service resumes; however, there may be delays during this time due to the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) disruptions.

Europe Shipping Update (Post Brexit)

We are still shipping orders to Europe from the website despite the United Kingdom leaving the European Union's single market on 1 January 2021. At present we are offering a 'Delivery at Place' (DAP), which means:

  • Net Product Prices (Ex-VAT) - European customers will only pay the net prices for products that won't include any sales taxes or VAT.
  • Shipping - Shipping will still be charged as usual on all orders at the checkout.
  • Local Taxes, Duties and Clearing - You will be required to pay all local VAT, duty and clearance taxes and fees to the courier. These costs will be confirmed once the goods have arrived at the destination country and the courier will contact you.
    • We will not charge any VAT, duty and clearance taxes and fees on the website when you checkout, and on placing an order assume all responsibility for these costs when the goods arrive at the destination country.
  • Order ReturnsWhen returning unwanted item(s) (excluding faulty items or incorrect items) you will have to return them at your cost. We will only refund back the costs of the item that you returned in line with our returns policies which will be the original net cost amount of the respective item(s) ordered. This means we cannot refund any VAT, local taxes, duties and clearing costs that were already paid to the courier. These costs are paid to the local government's customs and excise office by the courier and are non-refundable.
  • Order Cancellation - Once we have dispatched the order on the 'Delivery at Place' (DAP) service the order cannot be cancelled. If for ANY reason you do not accept to receive the goods or do not pay the VAT, local taxes, duties and clearing costs then the goods will be returned back to us and all costs incurred to us from the courier will be deducted from the order refund. This unfortunately we have no control over this as our courier partners would have paid this directly to the authorities on your behalf and there is no way we can claim this back.


Again Faster Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To request a return, please complete the form at the bottom of this page.

To have your return accepted, item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault reported.

Returned item(s) originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the equipment, less the actual cost of shipping. Item(s) returned more than 28 days after purchase will receive store credit only.

The return address is located on the return slip and the bottom of our website. We will respond to each of these issues on a case-by-case evaluation and contact you to provide a resolution. Refunds

Once we receive your item(s) back with us, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or chosen payment method. You will receive the refund within 48-72 hours of that initiation process depending on your card issuer's or payment methods policies. If we conclude that your returned items are not in original unused condition with packaging, we will contact you to discuss charges.

Shipping Costs

Again Faster are not liable for any return shipping costs and these will be deducted from your refund. We can organise collections through our courier partners that can be deducted from the final refund.

  • How can I get a shipping price quickly?

    Our delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. To see how much you will be charged, add the products you want to ship to your shopping cart and then add your address to see the shipping costs. Please remember VAT on shipping costs is added at the checkout, and prices in the shopping cart are ex-VAT.

    For larger bulk orders, you can submit an equipment quote to us through the website or contact our sales team to help you with your order.

  • How can I save on shipping?

    Due to the weight and size of our equipment, it can be expensive to ship. We, therefore, recommend ordering all the equipment you need in one consignment.

    In the UK we have a lighter consignment delivery service; however, once the weight limit is exceeded, it will become a freight delivery.

  • How will I know my order has been received and shipped?

    As soon as you place an order, you will be sent a confirmation email, followed by notifications that your order has been processed and shipped. We will provide delivery tracking information and estimated arrival times if available from the carrier. Once your order has been dispatched you can use our tracking system to track your order.

    If you have not received confirmation emails after placing your order, please send an email to service@againfaster.eu, and we can take a closer look.

  • How can I track my order?

    If available order tracking details will be provided on the shipment email; otherwise, we will include an estimated time of arrival. Orders placed Friday will ship on Monday, and you'll receive tracking information by Tuesday. If you would like to check the status of your order, please email us at service@againfaster.eu

    Once your order has been dispatched you can use our tracking system to track your order.

  • There's an item missing from my order

    If there's an item(s) missing from your order, it may be the case that the item(s) is currently out of stock or it has been sent in a separate parcel, and you will have been notified in advance if this is the case.

    If you have not received any email communication about changes to your order, and you're still missing an item(s), please contact us using the form below, including:

    1. Order reference number
    2. Missing item(s)

    For missing item(s) claims to be valid, please ensure that you make a claim within 7 days of your delivery date. Our customer support team will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Again Faster will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

  • What if I no longer require the order?

    Please refer to our online return form at the bottom of the page.

  • My order has arrived damaged?

    If you receive any gear that was damaged in transit or after use, please take a picture of the damage and send it to warranty@againfaster.eu so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • My order has arrived late?

    If your order hasn't arrived on time because of a despatch error or issue with the courier, please contact our customer service team via email service@againfaster.eu and include any relevant order details in your message.

  • What if I need faster shipping?

    We offer the fastest shipping at the most competitive rates we can, always aiming for delivery within 3-5 working days.

    Once an order has been placed online, we are unable to make changes to the shipping service and charges chosen.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship all across Europe straight from the website; you may be asked to get in touch with us if additional shipping considerations are required. If you are located outside of Europe, please get in touch using the form below, and we can work to offer you the best shipping solution possible.   • Do you offer free shipping?

    We may offer free shipping offers from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, free shipping promotions are limited to mainland UK and only apply to Again Faster Equipment products (excluding flooring and cardio); keep an eye on our social media and emails for free shipping deals and promotions.

  • How will my order be delivered?

    We only use the leading courier services to deliver our products, which offer secure handling, customer service and order tracking.

    Due to the size and value of our products, it's very likely you will need to be in to sign for any deliveries.


Submit Your Return Request

All return products need to have the below PDF completed and inserted into the box in order for your return to be accepted and accounted for.

Please note that we are unable to accept return requests for products not in their original packaging unless faulty.
Please note that if you wish for us to arrange collect, unless your equipment is faulty, the cost of collection will be deducted from your refund. You will need to be available during a weekday for the courier to collect and we cannot offer a time slot.
