When submitting a claim, please make sure to have the name on the original order, the date of the original order and any photos or videos of the product.
Barbells sold into commercial gym environments will be subject to our limited lifetime warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in materials and construciton for up to 2 years. Barbell warranties will be voided if damage has occured as a result of misuse, negligence, alteration, handling or improper storage. We will review each individual claim on a case by case basis.
Yes, we will need the original item returned in it's original packaging where possible before dispatching a replacement.
We accept returns on all unused equipment. If you are unhappy with any of your gear, simply contact us to arrange to send it back to our warehouse, in original condition within 14 days and we'll provide you with a replacement, refund, or store credit, at your preference. You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the warehouse. When we receive the returned gear and inspected it, we will then refund your card for the cost of the item purchased, less the original cost of shipping.
Returned items originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the gear, less the actual cost of shipping. Items returned more than 28 days after purchase will receive store credit. Please download and complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment. The return address is located at the top of the Return Form. If you receive any gear that was damaged in transit or after use, please take a picture of the damage and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to each of these issues on a case by case evaluation, and contact you to provide a resolution.
