We stand by our equipment quality and offer an industry-leading warranty on all of our products, giving you peace of mind when choosing Again Faster that the equipment it is built to last. Warranties will only be valid to the original purchaser with proof of receipt and a valid order number and warranties cannot be transferred. Warranties on products that are not manufactured by Again Faster Europe are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty, which is noted below and on the relevant product pages.
Please note: Warranties will be voided for any products that have been damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, alteration, handling or improper storage. Warranty claims will not be accepted on products that have become unusable through extended usage and have reached the end of their lifespan through fair wear and tear.
Again Faster Barbells will not be replaced under warranty if they are used incorrectly. Incorrect use includes but is not limited to, dropping the bar with iron plates loaded on, dropping the bar onto benches, boxes, spotter arms or pins, concrete or unprotected floors, and using Barbells for rack pulls. Appropriate shock-absorbing flooring must be used of 20mm thickness.
Again Faster Team Barbells are guaranteed for 2 Years against bending or breaking, with the exception of negligence, accidents or normal wear and tear. The warranty covers any manufacturing flaw. Terms and conditions: Only to be used on shock-absorbent gym flooring. Using stable matting and flooring types that are not specifically designed to be shock-absorbent will invalidate your warranty. Only to be used with Again Faster Bumper plates. Maximum load: 20kg team Barbell 300kgs. 15kg team Barbell 205kgs. Not to be stored loaded on a rack. Indoor use only. Normal wear and tear doesn't fall under warranty.
Dropping 5KG & 10KG bumper plates alone on the barbell repeatedly above hip height will damage the plates and will void the warranty.

The warranty is not transferable and entitles the original purchaser to a repair or replacement of defective products from the date of purchase, with the exception of negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, or damage due to alteration, storage or handling by the user.
Regular maintenance must be carried out in order for the warranty to be valid, please see maintenance videos on product pages for further assistance. Again Faster Bumper Plates will not be replaced under warranty if they are used incorrectly. Incorrect use includes, but is not limited to: dropping 5kg and 10kg plates from above hip height, dropping any sized plates onto stable matting, or onto unprotected flooring surfaces. Appropriate shock-absorbing flooring of a minimum 20mm thickness must be used.

When submitting a claim, please make sure to have the name on the original order, the date of the original order and any photos or videos of the product.
Barbells sold into commercial gym environments will be subject to our limited lifetime warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in materials and construction for up to 2 years. Barbell warranties will be voided if damage has occurred as a result of misuse, negligence, alteration, handling or improper storage. We will review each individual claim on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, we will need the original item returned in it's original packaging where possible before dispatching a replacement.
If there's an item missing from your order it may be the case that the item is currently out of stock or it has been sent in a seperate parcel.

We accept returns on all unused equipment. If you are unhappy with any of your gear, simply contact us to arrange to send it back to our warehouse, in original condition within 28 days and we'll provide you with a replacement or refund, at your preference.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the warehouse. When we receive the returned gear and inspected it, we will then refund your card for the cost of the item purchased, less the original cost of shipping.
Items returned more than 28 days after purchase not be accepted. Please download and complete the Return Form, and include it in your return shipment. The return address is located at the top of the Return Form. If you receive any gear that was damaged in transit or after use, please take a picture of the damage and send it to [email protected]. We will respond to each of these issues on a case by case evaluation, and contact you to provide a resolution.
