    • How can I pay for my order & currency?

      We accept payment through Paypal, card payments, Klarna and Duologi. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received, you will not be charged for any failed transactions. Find out more about our finance options in our Finance Guide..

      If you would like to pay in Euros on the website, use our currency button on the mobile or desktop homepage in the top grey bar. It is preset to be GBP.

    • Is my equipment under warranty?

      All warranties for each specific product are listed under the product descriptions and on our Warranty Page. If you need any more information contact [email protected] or refer to our Warranty Page.

    • Can I get replacement parts?

      In most some cases we can replace parts, please send an email to [email protected] and let us know the replacement part you need and we will try to get one out to you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that if we have to order the replacement part there will be a delay.

    • Can I return or exchange part of a package?

      Yes! We accept partial returns on packages. Please send an email to [email protected] and the team can assist you. The return address is located at the bottom of our website. If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded the sale price of the item, less the cost of shipping.

    • Do you offer military discount?

      We do not offer a dedicated service discount code, please sign up to our newsletter and we will send you a discount code in your welcome email.

    • Will you contribute to my charitable event or sponsor my competition?

      Although we are fully supportive of all events and charitable causes, unfortunately we are unable to sponsor every event within the community. However, we are more than happy for you to contact us to see if we are able to support your cause. Please contact our team with details about your event at [email protected], or visit our Event Sponsorship Page for more information.

    • How do I claim back VAT?

      When you arrive at the checkout, there is a box where you can enter your VAT number below the shipping address. This VAT number will be attributed to your order. You will need to checkout at full price, we will then validate the VAT number and refund the VAT amount once it has been approved.

      If you are an EU customer, VAT will not be charged on your order.

    • How do I get a custom quote for my new facility or gym?

      Either visit our Quote Page alternatively, send an email over to [email protected] or fill in the free online quote form. Include the list of equipment you are looking to get and the address it will be shipped to and we will get a quote back to you! Also, if you are new to running an affiliate feel free to pick our brains about any and everything required to running a successful affiliate our staff has a wealth of knowledge in all things strength and conditioning!

    • Do you offer financing?

      Yes! We understand that investing in new high quality equipment is a key element to both opening and growing a successful gym.
