We accept payment through Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, card payments, and Klarna. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received; you will not be charged for any failed transactions. Find out more about our finance options in our Finance Guide..
If you would like to pay in Euros on the website, use our currency button on the mobile or desktop homepage in the top grey bar. It is preset to be GBP.

In most cases, we can replace parts. Please send an email to [email protected] and let us know the replacement part you need, and we will try to get one out to you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that if we have to order the replacement part, there will be a delay.
Yes! We accept partial returns on packages. Please send an email to [email protected], and the team can assist you. The return address is located at the bottom of our website. If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded the item's sale price, less the shipping cost.

When you arrive at the checkout, there is a box where you can enter your VAT number below the shipping address. This VAT number will be attributed to your order. You will need to checkout at full price, and we will then validate the VAT number and refund the VAT amount once it has been approved.
If you are an EU customer, VAT will not be charged on your order.
