We understand that questions will always exist no matter how much information you provide, however we are always here to help! Before reaching out to us please check the list below of our most frequently asked questions, as it could save you time waiting for our response.

  • How can I contact customer service?

    The quickest way to contact our customer services team is to talk to us on messenger or using our Contact Form. If you have an order number please include in your message.

  • How can I place an order?

    You are able to place an order through our website or over the phone on +44(0) 1159455454. Alternatively you can stop by our Nottingham, UK showroom to purchase and collect your order.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept payment through Paypal, card payments, finance and bank transfer. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received, you will not be charged for any failed transactions.

    Again Faster does not store any payment information on it's systems, details are securely transferred to our payment processors.

  • Is my equipment under warranty?

    All warranties for each specific product are listed under the product descriptions and on our Warranty Page If you need any more information contact or refer to our Warranty Page.

  • Can I get replacement parts?

    In most cases yes please send an email to and let us know the replacement part you need and we will try to get one out to you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that if we have to order the replacement part there will be a delay.

  • Can I return or exchange part of a package?

    Yes! We accept partial returns on packages. Please download and complete the Return Form and include in your return shipment. The return address is located at the top of the form. If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded the sale price of the item, less the cost of shipping.

  • Do you offer military discount?

    At this time, we do not have any active discount codes for individual purchases by MIL/LEO.

  • Will you contribute to my charitable event or sponsor my competition?

    Although we are fully supportive of all events and charitable causes, unfortunately we are unable to sponsor every event within the community. However, we are more than happy for you to contact us to see if we are able to support your cause. Please contact our event coordinator Simon Larkin with details about your event at, or visit our Event Sponsorship Page for more information.

  • How do I claim back VAT?

    When you arrive at the checkout, there is a box where you can enter your VAT number below the shipping address. This VAT number will be attributed to your order. You will need to checkout at full price, we will then validate the VAT number and refund the VAT amount once it has been approved.

  • How do I get a custom quote for my new facility or gym?

    Either visit our Quote Page, or to get the most accurate quote possible, please browse our equipment on the website and "Add to Quote" the equipment from your kit list to build your personal quote. After building the quote you are able to evaluate and submit to us for review, you must have an account and be logged in to use this feature.

    Alternatively, send an email over to or fill in the free online quote form. Include the list of equipment you are looking to get and the address it will be shipped to and we will get a quote back to you! Also, if you are new to running an affiliate feel free to pick our brains about any and everything required to running a successful affiliate our staff has a wealth of knowledge in all things CrossFit!

  • Do you offer financing?

    Yes! We understand that investing in new high quality equipment is a key element to both opening and growing a successful gym. Again Faster has partnered with Bluestar Leasing, a leading equipment financing company to help you spread the cost of your equipment and make start up costs more managable.   • What are your working hours?

    You can order with us online, talk to us on messenger or send us an email anytime and we will respond to as soon as possible. We have live phone operators on +44(0) 1159455454 9am-5pm (UK time) Monday­ to Friday.

  • Where can I read your privacy policy?

  • Do you run any offers or promotions?

    Yes we run offers and promotions on Again Faster branded products throughout the year, keep an eye out on our website, email newsletters and social channels for announcements.

    We also run the following free shipping offers at different times throughout the year:

  • Discount codes?

    We provide discounts codes in certain circumstances and for promotions and special offers, through our website, emails and social media.

    • You must apply the discount code in the labled box in the shopping basket or at checkout.
    • Only one discount code can be used at a time.
    • If your code is rejected it is deemed invalid.
    • Codes will only apply discount to specified products, non Again Faster branded products will not be discounted.
