Which finance option is right for me?
For smaller orders, Clearpay, Klarna or PayPal Pay in 3 let you split the cost over a few weeks or months, interest-free. For bigger orders, such as a rack, rig or a full set of kit, Zopa Retail Finance spreads the cost over monthly payments. If you're buying for a business, see our business finance options.
How do I pay with finance?
Add your equipment to the basket and go to checkout. Choose the finance option you want as your payment method, and you'll be taken through a short application with that provider. You'll get a decision straight away, and your order is placed once you're approved.
Will applying affect my credit score?
Each provider runs its own checks. Some use a soft search that only you can see; others also run a hard search, which other lenders can see. Missed payments may be reported to credit reference agencies and could make it harder or more expensive to borrow in future. Check the provider's page for details before you apply.
What happens if I return something?
Our 28-day returns policy applies as normal. Once we've received and checked the return, we tell the finance provider, and they cancel or adjust your remaining payments and refund anything due. Keep making your scheduled payments until the provider confirms the refund.
Can I pay off early?
Yes. All of our providers let you pay early through your account with them. For interest-bearing agreements, ask the provider for a settlement figure.
Can I use finance if I live outside the UK?
No. Our consumer finance options are only available to UK residents aged 18 or over with a UK billing address. Customers outside the UK can pay by card or PayPal.
Who do I contact about my repayments?
Your finance agreement is with the provider, so please contact them directly about payments, statements or your account. For anything about your order or delivery, contact our team.
