We stand by our equipment quality and offer an industry leading warranty on all of our products, giving you peace of mind when choosing Again Faster that the equipment it is built to last. Warranties will only be valid to the original purchaser with proof of receipt and a valid order number and warranties cannot be transferred. Warranties on products that are not manufactured by Again Faster Europe are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty, which is noted below and on the relevant product pages.
Please note: Warranties will be voided for any products that have been damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, alteration, handling or improper storage. Warranty claims will not be accepted on products that have become unusable through extended usage and have reached the end of their lifespan through fair wear and tear.

When submitting a claim, please make sure to have the name on the original order, the date of the original order and any photos or videos of the product.
Barbells sold into commercial gym environments will be subject to our limited lifetime warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in materials and construciton for up to 2 years. Barbell warranties will be voided if damage has occured as a result of misuse, negligence, alteration, handling or improper storage. We will review each individual claim on a case by case basis.
Yes, we will need the original item returned in it's original packaging where possible before dispatching a replacement.
If there's an item missing from your order it may be the case that the item is currently out of stock or it has been sent in a seperate parcel.

We accept returns on all unused equipment. If you are unhappy with any of your gear, simply contact us to arrange to send it back to our warehouse, in original condition within 14 days and we'll provide you with a replacement, refund, or store credit, at your preference.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the warehouse. When we receive the returned gear and inspected it, we will then refund your card for the cost of the item purchased, less the original cost of shipping.
Items returned more than 28 days after purchase will receive store credit. Please download and complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment. The return address is located at the top of the Return Form. If you receive any gear that was damaged in transit or after use, please take a picture of the damage and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to each of these issues on a case by case evaluation, and contact you to provide a resolution.
