A Message On Current Demand To Our Customers

Since the lockdown has been announced, we have experienced significant levels of demand across our business. As a result of the orders to remain at home, customers have very kindly turned to Again Faster for their home fitness equipment. We have measures in place to deal with increased demand, but this has been truly unparalleled.

We have put more resource in place to meet a higher volume of orders, but please take note of the situation:

  • We will be responding to all inquiries over the next 48 hours, if there is an issue with your order we will be in touch with you.
  • There is currently a dispatch time in place of 5-10 working days, shipping times will vary with 3-5 working days within the UK and 5-15+ in Europe.
  • Once orders have been dispatched, you will be notified by email so there is no need to chase until this time. 
  • Tracking will be provided to you in the dispatch email. 
  • Please be mindful that our equipment deliveries are heavy, with some coming on a pallet, that will require you be in to sign and receive the delivery.
  • Until the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, we will be unable to provide or confirm a delivery date.
  • If a refund is requested after an order has been despatched from the warehouse, you will be charged for the return costs by deduction from the refund amount.

We are working through this as quickly as possible to get your equipment to you. We know everyone is eager to maintain their fitness, but please bear with us at this time.

Again Faster Shipping Policy

Our warehouse team work to ensure all in-stock equipment will be shipped within 10-12 business days (mon-fri) of the order being placed and being the receipt of funds, excluding any business day holidays. Order processing times will vary depending on order size, it may be possible your order is processed and shipped sooner. If you have any questions regarding shipping please use the contact form below.

When you order is delivered please check immediately for any damages before signing. If original product packaging has been discarded we will not accept any returns for refunds.

Estimated times for dispatch:

  • 5-10 days UK
  • 15-25 for non AF products

We are working with couriers to ensure service resumes, however, there may be delays during this time due to the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Please be aware all of the current delivery estimates will be subject to change with the evolving situation. 

Again Faster Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To have your return accepted item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault.

Returned item(s) originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the equipment, less the actual cost of shipping. Item(s) returned more than 28 days after purchase will receive store credit.

  • How can I get a shipping price quickly?

    Our delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. To see how much you will be charged, add the products you want to ship to your shopping cart and then add your address to see the shipping costs. Please remember VAT on shipping costs is added at the checkout and prices in the shopping cart are ex-VAT.

    For larger bulk orders, you can submit an equipment quote to us through the website or contact our sales team who will help you with your order.

  • How can I save on shipping?

    Due to the weight and size of our equipment, it can be expensive to ship. We, therefore, recommend ordering all the equipment you need in one consignment.

    In the UK we have a lighter consignment delivery service, however, once the weight limit is exceeded it will become a freight delivery.

  • How will I know my order has been received and shipped?

    As soon as you place an order you will be sent a confirmation email, followed by notifications that your order has been processed and shipped. We will provide delivery tracking information and estimated arrival times if available from the carrier.

    If you have not received confirmation emails after placing your order please send an email to and we can take a closer look.

  • How can I track my order?

    If available order tracking details will be provided on the shipment email, otherwise we will include an estimated time of arrival. Orders placed Friday will ship on Monday and you'll receive tracking information by Tuesday. If you would like to check the status of your order, please emailus at

  • There's an item missing from my order

    If there's an item(s) missing from your order it may be the case that the item(s) is currently out of stock or it has been sent in a separate parcel, you will have been notified in advance if this is the case.

    If you have not received any email communication about changes to your order, and you're still missing an item(s), please contact us using the form below including:

    For missing item(s) claims to be valid, please ensure that you make the claim within 7 days of your delivery date. Our customer support team will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  • What if I no longer require the order?

    Please refer to our online return procedure at the top of the page.

  • My order has arrived damaged?

    If you receive any gear that was damaged in transit or after use, please take a picture of the damage and send it to so we can resolve as quickly as possible.

  • My order has arrived late?

    If your order hasn't arrived on time because of a despatch error or issue with the courier please contact our customer service team via email and include any relevant order details in your message.

  • What if I need faster shipping?

    We offer the fastest shipping at the most competitive rates we can.

    Once an order has been placed online, we are unable to make changes to shipping service and charges chosen.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship all across Europe straight from the website, you may be asked to get in touch with us if additional shipping considerations are required. If you are located outside of Europe, we are please get in touch using the form below and we can work to offer you the best shipping solution possible.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    We may offer free shipping offers from time to time. Unless stated otherwise free shipping promotions are limited to mainland UK and only apply to Again Faster Equipment products (excluding flooring and cardio), keep an eye on our social media and email for deals and promotions.

    If products are being offered with free shipping, you will see a free shipping notification on the product.
