Catalyst Personal Training is a gym based in Cirencester, United Kingdom. After 2 years in business they were able to expand by opening a Strength & Conditioning and Group Training facility, fully equipped with Again Faster equipment. We caught up with Tony and Scott at Catalyst to understand what lead them to choose our brand of fitness equipment and ask a few questions about their experience with us!
With a team of personal trainers, S&C coaches and yoga instructors, We now offer Personal Training, Group Training and Sports Performance across 2 facilities.
Our signature Group Session is Barbell Club. Barbell Club is Strength Training in its purest form delivered to people of all levels of ability who work together to achieve their goals.
After having Again Faster recommend to us we decided to use their equipment because it looks great and we were able to get everything we needed at a really competitive price.
They are a great company to work with. We have found ordering really easy, delivery is really quick and the equipment has been exceptional.
We are proud of our facilities and couldn't recommend Again Faster highly enough.
- Why did you choose to go with Again Faster?
We chose Again Faster because for quality and affordability we felt that Again Faster is the best around.
When we were opening our second gym we were able to get all the equipment we needed in one place.
The equipment worked really well with our business model and how we wanted our gym to look.
We have since replaced a lot of equipment in our first gym with Again Faster.
- What issues did you face and how did Again Faster support you?
We didn’t really face many issues.
The only problem we had was broken lock-jaw collars, but after one phone call replacements were sent out and received within a couple of days.
All of the equipment was easy to install and has been of the highest quality.
- How was our customer service?
The customer service has been exceptional.
Every time I have called everyone is always really nice to speak to.
The ordering process has been really easy and every time I have needed something the team have been really helpful.
- Did you receive marketing support from Again Faster? How satisfied were you with this?
We have received a fair amount of marketing support.
Over the past year images from our facility have been featured on the Again Faster social media pages and our business was featured in the September Newsletter.
The customer service has been exceptional.
