For some time, the students have been working out in two small fitness rooms in the school. One was dedicated to weights and one was the fitness suite. Both of the areas were fit for purpose, but were limited in terms of how many students could use the facilities and when.
The purpose of building 'The Duke Box' was to provide a high quality functional fitness area that was available to the entire student body here at The Duke of York's Royal Military School. With the combination of the free-weights, lifting platform, gymnastics rig and cardiovascular equipment, our aim was to boost the love of fitness and staying in shape with an area to suit the needs of every individual. - Christine Lawrence

As an ex-CrossFit competitor, I would highly recommend Again Faster to anyone. I have worked in a box that is kitted out with your equipment and have always been completely satisfied with its durability. Again Faster was one of many companies we had contacted and the one that provided the best all round packaged, including flooring. I have a home gym, all of which is kitted out with again faster equipment.
The only issue we have faced is some of the equipment being out of stock, but communication was of a high standard and has since been delivered.
Customer service has been excellent. Including that of the company used to fit the flooring and set up the equipment in the Duke Box.
