The Team Plus is the upgraded version of our best-selling Team bench: a denser pad, a wider base and bigger rubber feet for a rock-solid press. It's rated to 450 kg, yet the urethane handle and rear wheels let you move it on your own.

Questions about the Team Plus
Does the Team Plus decline?
No. It goes from flat to 90° incline. If you need decline, the Competition Adjustable Bench 2.0 goes to −15° and comes with a leg roller.
How much assembly is needed?
Very little. The bench arrives nearly fully assembled, so you can unbox it and start training in minutes.
Can I use it with dumbbells?
Yes. The seat is kept narrow, so your legs stay out of the way for dumbbell presses and rows.
Is it suitable for a commercial gym?
Yes, for home gyms, PT studios and light commercial use. For high-traffic commercial gyms we recommend the Competition Adjustable Bench 2.0. PROPOSED
