The Again Faster Flat Bench was engineered to be stable, durable, and easy to assemble. The Flat gym Bench ships deconstructed to minimize shipping costs, requiring a quick, single-person assembly. 

The heavy-duty frame and pad can handle anything that you can throw at it. The Flat Bench pad is a firm high-density pad that will securely support your workouts when lifting heavy weights, as the bench is weight rated up to 450KG. The pad has been designed to maintain form over time, despite being subject to heavy loads and usage.

We have kept the bench very strong without sacrificing versatility, keeping the bench's weight at 22KG allows for easy transfer around the gym and economical shipping costs. We have designed this bench to be the optimal height for foot positioning to really drive the weight with the correct form.

The Team Flat Weight Bench is also available in Red or Blue, allowing you to pick the best colour to suit the look of your gym.

For the best set up, we recommend tightening the feet of the bench once you have placed the bench on the flooring you will be using it on. This helps to stop swaying being caused by an uneven floor surface.
