Questions about building a package
Do the accessories fit my rack?
Yes. Once you pick a rack, we only show the accessories made for it. Evolution and Rival accessories are not interchangeable.
Can I leave out the bench or bar?
Yes. Every step after the rack has a “none” option, so you only pay for what you need.
What if a part is out of stock?
It is tucked under “Show unavailable”. Tap “Email me” on it and we will let you know when it is back, or pick an in-stock alternative.
What if the rack is on pre-order?
You can still order. The package ships when the rack arrives, and the date is shown in your summary. PROPOSED show the real ship date.
