The Again Faster Team Plus Adjustable Weight Bench is the next evolution in the design of our best-selling Team Adjustable Benches. Already one of our most popular and reliable designs, we've made a few key modifications to the design to offer another step up in quality. Comfortable to use; strong and sturdy; adjustable to your workouts – what more could you ask for?

The Team Plus Adjustable Weight Bench is designed to be heavy-duty and long-lasting, but still lightweight and easy to manoeuvre around your gym with a premium urethane handle. Although it would be right at home in a commercial facility too, the fact it is easy to move while still sturdy and strong make it one of the very best benches for a home gym on the market. Its solid 4 to 14 variable gauge steel frame, durable, thick anti-slip padding, and thick steel backplate holding the main pad firmly in place all come together to make an impressive, heavy-duty unit.

The pad is now even more dense and supportive as part of this upgraded design. We have also redeveloped the front and rear base stability and widened the design of the rubber feet, giving you a rock-solid base for your workouts. 

Despite its powerful frame, our Team Plus Adjustable Bench remains more compact than a lot of adjustable benches. This means it takes up less space in your training area, ideal in busy gym settings or in smaller and awkwardly shaped home gyms. The matte-black powder-coated finish looks right at home in any gym setting too, and you will also find our Again Faster branding debossed into the side of the pad. 

The weight bench features 6 adjustable back positions and 3 seat options and can be used in flat and incline positions (decline not available on this bench). It has an impressive max weight capacity of 450kg, more than enough to support your heaviest lifts with ease, all the while the firm-density, grippy padding provides excellent support. From flat to 90 degrees of incline, you can hit all angles with this bench.

A sturdy, rear support is included in the design, providing maximum safety when lifting heavy in the flat position. The seat is kept narrow, making it perfect for dumbbell work, since it allows you to keep your legs out of the way, while also preventing any unwanted bench movement.

The Team Plus is also available in Blue and Red, so you can pick the colour that best suits the style of your gym.
