We’ve been listening to years of feedback on our standard Competition Adjustable Bench, and while it always receives excellent feedback, we are always striving for improvement. So, we challenged our AF product designers to tweak just a few of the finer details. The result? An even more sturdy flat, incline, and decline (FID) bench that we know you’re going to love training with.

Our Competition Benches are designed to be either a rock-solid, long-term choice for your home gym, or to be a sturdy, reliable tank in a commercial gym. The upgraded design features as part of the 2.0 re-design serve to reinforce its credentials as a reliable beast in any setting.

Improved, curved tubing on the 2.0 not only gives a sleeker look, but adds extra structural stability. Rubber front and back feet make sure your bench is going nowhere during your workouts, and a newly reinforced front foot adds to the secure feeling you’ll get when using this bench.

We’ve also made the wheels larger, for even easier transport, and changed the front handle to an ergonomic, horizontal one, with knurling for extra grip. This is so valuable in any gym setting where moving around your bench is common, and we think we've got the balance just right considering you want it to feel like an immovable tank whenever it’s not being transported!

But we didn’t want to totally change a winning formula, so you can rest assured that the Competition Adjustable Bench 2.0 still has all the features that have made the previous design our most popular bench over the years. Thick, grippy padding offers a great balance between comfort and support for your lifts, with every effort having been taken to keep the gap between the seat and back pad to a minimal 5cm (2 inches).

But the real beauty of our Competition Adjustable benches is the ability to train at any angle. You can train from -15 degrees up to 85 degrees, including incline, flat, and decline. You also have built-in leg rollers to hold you firmly in place during your decline work, great for ramping up those core workouts. This bench also comes with 3 seat adjustments.

Stability and support are the name of the game, and you get that and more with this adjustable bench. A solid, stainless steel adjustment ladder means you can get your bench in the desired position quickly and easily, and the variable steel frame is about as well-built as you’ll find on a bench for this price.

This bench comes in an attractive, bold red colour, but it is also available in Black or Blue. It ships with minimal assembly required – just make sure to tighten all the bolts during installation to ensure maximum stability.
