  • When will my order be dispatched?

    We dispatch all orders on the next working day, you will receive an order confirmation email at the point of the transaction and then an additional email once your order has been dispatched with any shipping information that we have available. If you require delivery on a specific day, then please contact us and we will do our best to ensure your order arrives on your chosen day.   • How long will my delivery take?

    We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, delivery within the UK takes 2-3 working days from placing your order, and 5-10 working days for mainland Europe.

    For UK based orders where the individual parcels weigh no more than 31kg, we are partnered with UK Mail as our courier.UK Mail will provide you with a timeslot via text message on the day of arrival, you will have the option to rearrange, leave with a neighbour or collect from the depot.

    If you wish to place a large order, then please contact to discuss the best delivery option for your order. You can contact us on messenger or via email atservice@againfaster.eu.

    If you are local to Nottingham, then you are also welcome to collect from our showroom between the hours of 9am and 4pm. We just as k that you call in advance to qallow us to prepare your order.

  • What is your returns policy?

    If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To have your return accepted item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival, unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault.

    Returned item(s) will be refunded for the cost of the equipment, less the actual cost of shipping. Item(s) returned more than 28 days after purchase will receive store credit. Please download and complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment.
