Please note that we are closed for Christmas from 23rd December and reopen on January 4th. Any new orders placed during the closure period will be despatched in the order received upon our return January 4th.
Most of our equipment is very heavy and falls under the 'heavy and bulky' category weighing over 31kg, which means you will need to be in to receive and sign for the delivery. We offer a professional and tracked delivery service on all orders, with a customer service team on hand to answer any questions you may have regarding delivery.
Shipping Quotes & Prices
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the products in your order. As well as the location of the delivery.
If you would like to see your shipping costs you can add your products to your basket and view your shopping cart to see the shipping costs for your order.
For large or bulk orders you can contact our sales team for a custom quote. Or utilise the quote function on the website to submit your product list to us.
Again Faster Shipping Policy
Our warehouse team work to ensure all in-stock equipment will be despatched within 3-5 business days (mon-fri) of the order being placed and being the receipt of funds, excluding any business day holidays. Order processing times will vary depending on order size. If you have any questions regarding shipping please 
talk to us on messenger.
When you order is delivered please check immediately for any damages before signing. If original product packaging has been discarded we will not accept any returns for refunds.
Estimated shipping times from despatch:
- Estimated up to 3-5 working days for despatch.
- 2-3 working days for mainland UK delivery.
- Delivery time is 5-15 days mainland Europe
- 15-25 working days for non Again Faster branded products
Again Faster Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To have your return accepted item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault.
Returned item(s) originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the equipment, less the actual cost of shipping. Item(s) returned more than 28 days after purchase will receive store credit. Please download and complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment.
The return address is located at the top of the Return Form. We will respond to each of these issues on a case by case evaluation, and contact you to provide a resolution. We have upgraded the Again Faster® Medicine Ball to KG weights along with a new design to ensure a durable and effective piece of equipment.
Hand Made - Our new medicine ball design is manufactured by hand to ensure attention to the finest detail on every product.
Double Stitched - We have added double stitched seams and thicker thread to add a new level of durability and quality to our medicine balls.
Synthetic Leather - Thicker material means that this piece of exercise equipment can take a beating in high repetition training environments.

Warranty
Again Faster Medicine Balls are covered under our 6 Month warranty.
The warranty is not transferable and entitles the original purchaser to a repair or replacement of defective products from the date of purchase, with the exception of negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, or damage due to alteration, storage or handling by the user.
This includes letting the medicine ball drop to the floor from the target.

Shipping And Returns
Our current dispatch and processing times are 5-10 working days, with 2-3 working days shipping for mainland UK and 5-15 for Ireland and Europe. Take a look at our shipping page for more information on delivery.
