The Again Faster Evolution Flat Bench has been specifically designed for the home and garage gym environments. With a lightweight 20.6kg build, the bench can be easily moved around for storage and carries a low shipping cost. Despite the weight, the bench frame is heavy duty with a great solid feel to it. The Bench is equally at home in personal training and light commercial gym settings.
The bench ships deconstructed with easy-to-follow instructions for the 10-bolt single person assembly.

Pad Thickness: 5cm
For the best set up, we recommend tightening the feet of the bench once you have placed the bench on the flooring you will be using it on. This helps to stop swaying being caused by an uneven floor surface.
