The open frame with high and low handles makes this much more convenient for the lifter when changing/ adding plates and setting up for movements. The bar also has a handy built-in bar jack to make loading and unloading weight plates effortless by using the transition handle to stand the bar up - Saving so much time whilst switching exercises!
With a weight rating of 300kg with standard 2" Weight Plates, this commercial-grade bar will help you build some serious strength for those big lifts.
