Returns & Refunds
Orders paid with finance follow our standard 28-day returns policy. Once we've received and checked your return, we let the provider know and they refund or cancel the payments due. Keep making any scheduled payments until the provider confirms the refund.

How does Pay in 3 work?
Your order is split into 3 equal payments taken from your debit or credit card. The first is taken at purchase, the second 30 days later and the last 60 days after purchase. You can see your payments in the Klarna app.
How does Pay in 30 days work?
Your order is dispatched as normal and you pay Klarna the full amount within 30 days. Klarna will email you a reminder before payment is due.
Will a credit search take place?
Klarna may carry out a credit search when you apply. Missed payments may be shared with credit reference agencies, which could make it harder or more expensive to borrow in future.
Can I pay early?
Yes. You can pay early at any time in the Klarna app or at klarna.com/uk.

Please contact our team to check on your delivery. You can also pause your payment in the Klarna app while you wait for your order.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Your payment details are handled securely by Klarna, and we never see or store your card details.
