Everything you need to squat, bench, press and pull in a spare room or garage. The Rival Folding Power Rack mounts to the wall and folds flat when you're done, with a built-in pull-up bar and J-cups.

Are the plates sold in pairs?
Yes. You get one pair each of 5, 10, 15 and 20 kg: 100 kg in total.
