- What are your delivery costs?
UK mainland delivery is a fixed rate from £8.95: £9.95 for orders up to 30kg, £14.95 for 31kg and over, and £24.95 for oversized items such as racks and rigs. For more information on shipping, please see our shipping & returns page.
- When will my order be dispatched?
During times of peak demand, our processing time may increase to 5 working days due to high demand, we cannot offer a priority delivery.
- When Is Your Last Christmas Delivery Date?
To guarantee Christmas delivery please place your order on or before Monday 18th December 2023.
- What is your returns policy?
If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To have your return accepted item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival, unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault.
Returned items are refunded for the cost of the equipment; delivery charges aren't refunded on unwanted returns, except the standard delivery charge for consumers who cancel within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) returned more than 28 days after purchase will receive store credit. Please complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment. The return form can be found in your account section or on the shipping & returns page.
