This heavy-duty rack features a multi-grip bar for narrow or wide-grip pull-ups or other bodyweight movements, allowing you to perform all of your compound movements in one package.
Our Rival Series is built with customisation at its heart, making this Rack truly modular. Match your current and future training needs with our wide range of Rival Series Accessories, which will add versatility to your lifting package.
Have the confidence to train your heaviest weights safely with Safety Straps included and focus your attention on the movements at hand. This Rack also includes J-Cups with UHMW liners to protect barbells when racking/ unracking weights.
This rack is expertly designed with 60 x 60mm tubing and a 3mm thick 11 gauge steel frame. Its max weight capacity is 300kg, offering reliable support during the heaviest lifts. It is made with heavy-duty footplates and a bolt-down design for extra stability in any environment.

- 17mm hole size, Westside hole spacing enables a more precise height for spotters and bar rests with 1-inch spacing through the bench press area and 2-inch throughout - great for users of any stature
- Multi grip pull up bar allows a range of narrow and wide grip pull ups.
- Pull-up bar diameter: 32mm.
- J-cup barbell rests with UHMW liners to prevent barbell damage
- The plate storage rod is added at the back of the rack. When you store the plates at the back, the rack will be more stable
