These are the perfect accessory for your power rack to give you the ability to perform almost any exercise. Each arm moves independently and is plate loaded so you can choose to train both sides together or on their own. This is great for improving mind-muscle connection or fixing imbalances.
These jammer arms are height adjustable so you can easily target your upper or lower body, perform standing or kneeling movements, and can be easily set up to utilize a training bench. You’ll find these to be the perfect addition to your power rack.
If you have a limited area for training, these jammer arms are essential, giving you the ability to have a huge variety in your workouts without taking up that precious space.
