Engineered for strength, the rig is built with 11-gauge steel uprights and 2.5cm-diameter hardware, available in 10' 14' 20' 24' standard lengths. Each joint is fixed with rigid 10mm-thick endplates and the rig is constructed using zinc-coated gusseted crossbars. Durable, hard-wearing and easily adjusted, they will minimise sway and offer maximum versatility. The Plus Rig, meticulously tested at full capacity, is in the market’s top tier for performance. With laser-cut holes set in small increments across both the uprights and the crosstubes, the rig offers a full range of height options for weightlifting. Functional Group Training
The rig makes CrossFit group training easy, allowing multiple people get the most out of high-intensity workouts at the same time. It can be used for bench-pressing, squatting, pull-ups and aerobics. Because it uses one crosstube in the centre instead of two on the sides, the Plus Rig is particularly good for muscle-ups. This small change in the construction allows plenty of headroom for anyone to perform muscle-ups and makes an ideal spot to hang a rope.
