Developed for serious strength training the Rival Series Half Power Rack is a go-to gym for performing a range of exercises such as squats, bench press, barbell rows, or pull-ups. This rack is also compatible with our wide selection of Rival Series Accessories to add even more exercise options.
Whether you're seeking a comprehensive home gym or for commercial use, this heavy-duty half rack can withstand the most rigorous training plans and support you during those heavy lifts featuring a max weight rating of 250kg.
A Multi-Grip Pull-Up bar is also included to allow for bodyweight training such as pull-ups, hanging leg raises and muscle-ups with varying grips. J-Cups are also included for racking weights for barbell exercises and lined with UHMW to prevent barbell damage.
A plate storage peg is added to the back of the half rack to store Olympic sized weight plates with an optional bolt-down design to provide extra stability.
Expertly crafted with 11-gauge steel in our 60 x 60mm tubing. This rack has west-side hole spacing to enable a more precise height for spotter arms. This features 1-inch hole spacing through the bench press area and 2-inch hole spacing throughout.
