We have put together the below dispatch schedule to help you understand when your order is likely to be dispatched. These dates are approximate and we will keep the below schedule up to date. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipping information. Where possible, please avoid contacting unless you have a query after the estimated date of shipping to enable us to work through orders as quickly as we can.

Our warehouse team work to ensure all in-stock equipment will be ready for dispatch within 10-15 business days of the order being placed and being the receipt of funds, excluding any business day holidays. When you order is delivered please check immediately for any damages before signing. If original product packaging has been discarded we will not accept any returns for refunds.
We are working with couriers to ensure service, however, there may be delays during this time due to the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19). Some orders may be delivered in seperate batches to ensure speed of service. Please refer to your shipping for the status of your order.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To have your return accepted item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault.
Returned item(s) originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the equipment, less the actual cost of shipping. Item(s) returned more than 28 days after purchase will receive store credit. Please download and complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment.
The return address is located at the top of the Return Form. We will respond to each of these issues on a case by case evaluation, and contact you to provide a resolution. As soon as you place an order you will be sent a confirmation email, closely followed by notifications that your order has been processed and shipped. We will provide delivery tracking information and estimated arrival times if available.

Orders placed Friday will ship on Monday and you'll receive tracking information by Tuesday.
