The Again Faster Wooden plyo cube assembles quickly and easily, with pre-drilled pilot holes ensuring that every box goes together perfectly. Add versatility to your speed and jump training and utilise height variations to mix things up. A wooden plyo box is a great tool for developing explosive strength, speed and power.
The 30" x 24" x 20" cube made of cabinet grade 3/4" plywood gives you three plyo boxes in one, a huge advantage in the home gym or in CrossFit Affiliates where space and cash are at a premium. The internal reinforcement structure adds more stability during use and a solid workout platform.
