During times of peak demand, our processing time may increase to 10 working days due to high demand, we cannot offer a priority delivery but warehouse collection is available from our Nottingham HQ. The cut off order date for guaranteed pre-christmas delivery is December 1st.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To have your return accepted item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival, unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault.
Returned item(s) will be refunded for the cost of the equipment, less the actual cost of shipping. Item(s) returned more than 28 days after purchase will receive store credit. Please complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment.
