Cable Towers
Cable Towers
A cable tower gives you a high and low pulley for pulldowns, rows, triceps pushdowns, curls and face pulls, in a small footprint that sits beside your rack. Choose a weight stack for quick changes, or plate loaded to use the plates you already own.

Weight stack or plate loaded?
- Weight stack: change the load with a pin in seconds, which is ideal for supersets and shared gyms.
- Plate loaded: uses your own Olympic plates, so it costs less, but you load and unload plates for every change.
- Two towers or one? One tower adds cable work beside your rack. The Cable Tower Squat Stands give you twin cables, a pull-up bar and, with J-cups, a squat and bench station too.
