Designed to give you the protection you need when training heavy on your own these spotter arms are compatible with our Rival Series Power Rack.
Safely execute heavy lifts with the added assurance of having easy-to-mount rack spotter arms at the bottom of your squat or bench. If you are training at home or in the gym, rack spotter arms give you the extra confidence when benching and squatting, allowing you to push yourself into the more challenging weight ranges in your training plan safely. The spotter arms can be easily adjusted to any exercise range or individual athletes height requirements.
Spotter arms are great when you are lifting heavy or going for a PR and allow you to focus on performing on the movement without worrying about the risks of failing the rep. This is especially important if you are training on your own such as in a home gym. With a max weight rating of 450kg, these Spotter Arms are able to withstand the heaviest of weights should they be needed for a failed lift, or to rest a barbell between sets.
Not only for peace of mind, you can also customize the height to utilize the spotter arms in specific movements such as dead-stop presses, rack pulls, barbell rows or paused squats.
