Reach your maximum strength potential with the upgraded Competition flat bench 2.0, created for the heavier, more advanced lifts. Rated with a max capacity of 450kg and designed to meet the International Powerlifting Federation standards, this bench can take a max rep or PR without question.
An oversized steel frame and a bolted design, mixing a precision laser cut finish with unrivalled stability when in use. We've added reinforcement to the 2.0 model to give even more stability with laser cut plates as well as a new rubber coated handle for easy maneuvering.
Measuring 17 inches in height, the Competition flat weight bench helps the athlete to maintain form when training and keeps their feet firmly positioned on the ground.
With proper feet positioning beside the single front foot, using the 3-feet design athletes can arch their back to push up the serious weight safely and with correct form.
