 J-Cups are also included for racking weights for barbell exercises and lined with UHMW to prevent barbell damage.

A plate storage peg is added to the back of the half rack to store Olympic sized weight plates with an optional bolt-down design to provide extra stability.

Expertly crafted with 11-gauge steel in our 60 x 60mm tubing. This rack has west-side hole spacing to enable a more precise height for spotter arms. This features 1-inch hole spacing through the bench press area and 2-inch hole spacing throughout.
