1 - All deals and discount codes are valid only during the stated offer period. If the offer or discount has expired, we are unfortunately unable to honour the discounted price. No discount codes are valid on top of already discounted products. We periodically run other offers, so signing up to our mailing list is the best way to hear about offers if you have missed out

2 - Discount codes are not valid on third-party products, gym flooring, and products that are already discounted or on sale.

3 - Specific products that are excluded from discounts are usually stated clearly on our website, but discount codes are never valid on the following products:

• Rubber Flooring Tiles
• Fitness Machines (rowers, bikes etc.)
• Gift Cards
• Ex-demo, refurbished, reconditioned, cosmetically damaged, or clearance goods. These are already listed with significant discounts

4 - We currently do not offer free shipping, except as part of promotional periods. If we are running a free shipping offer, it will be clearly signposted on our website and/or announced in our newsletter.

5 - On rare occasions, advertisements will still be visible online promoting a discount after a promotional period has ended. We cannot honour a discount code/offer price based on seeing such an advert alone. Where this is brought to our attention, we always remove the advert at the earliest possible opportunity, as it is not our goal to intentionally mislead potential customers.

6 - Multiple discount codes cannot be used at once on the same order, though we usually only have a maximum of one discount code running at any given time. So, for example, you could not apply a promotional 5% discount code AND a 5% newsletter subscriber code at the same time to make a larger discount.

7 - Discounts are only valid online on orders up to £5000 in value. Orders over this value must go through sales (contact us at [email protected]). Discounts are also only available on orders up to a maximum of 2 tonnes in shipping weight. If you place an order exceeding either the weight or order value limits online, we reserve the right to cancel. If you place an order exceeding the maximum weight, you will not be able to checkout and will be directed to our sales team.

8 - We reserve the right to extend or cut short our offer periods without notice. This will always be announced via our mailing list and may be signposted on our website too.

9 - We reserve the right to alter discount amounts without notice. We cannot honour an outdated price.

10 - If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this via email, and you will be refunded in full at the earliest possible opportunity. This might be because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

12 - The dates of our promotions are sent out via email to our mailing list subscribers. We will often, but not always, advertise the exact dates of a promotional period on our website. Subscribe to our mailing list if you always want to be kept informed of our promotions.
