Functional Group Training
The rig makes CrossFit group training safe and easy, allowing multiple people get the most out of high-intensity workouts at the same time. It can be used for bench-pressing, squatting, pull-ups, aerobics and more. With laser-cut holes set in small increments across both the uprights and the crosstubes, the rig offers a full range of height options for weightlifting.
UK mainland: fixed-rate delivery from £8.95. In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days (order before 2pm), with delivery usually 3–4 working days.
Europe: usually 5–7 working days after dispatch. You pay ex-VAT prices, and import VAT and duties are paid to the courier on arrival.

On delivery day: most of our kit is large, so someone needs to be in to sign for it. Check for damage before you sign.
Pallet deliveries: larger orders arrive by lorry and are delivered to the kerbside only. Tell us about any access issues before dispatch. Failed deliveries incur a re-delivery fee. Pallet delivery details
Returns: 28 days to return unused items in their original packaging. Return delivery is at your cost.
