The brief

A brand new facility for CrossFit, one-to-one coaching, open gym and speciality classes, on a budget that changed during start-up.

What we did

A custom-configured wall-mounted rig, plus barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells and medicine balls, with quotes adapted as plans changed.

The result

A facility that fits the space and caters for beginners right through to elite competitors.

The Emergence Story

CrossFit Emergence was founded to create and foster a brand new training facility for all ability levels. Building a positive, welcoming community for everyone, whatever their background or ability, is paramount.

Through CrossFit, one-to-one coaching, open gym and speciality classes, CFE caters for people getting started, improving their fitness, competing at an elite level or seeking specialised coaching.
