Rob's Story

Project R is a dedicated personal training site and boutique PT studio in Southampton, owned by Rob Newman. At 1,700 sq ft it's an intimate, private space, capped at 3 clients per hour.

Influenced more by the hotel industry than the fitness industry, Project R has great client facilities and a feel that makes every client at home.
