Once you’ve signed, we’ll deliver the goods to your home address or you can pick them up in store.

Finance is a fantastic way to spread the cost of your purchase. To make it easy we’ve partnered with Duologi whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete the loan application quickly and entirely online.

We offer a range of interest-free and interest bearing finance options to help you spread the cost of your purchase over 12, 24 or 36 months. The value of the loan needs to be over £150 and you can choose a deposit of up to 50% of the value of the goods.

First add the items you wish to purchase to your basket. When you reach checkout select the best finance option for you and choose 'Pay with Duologi'. The quick application form takes no more than a couple of minutes to complete and then you’ll receive an instant decision.

Check your eligibility

Before you apply please note you will only be considered for finance if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old</>
  • Are in regular full or part-time employment (minimum 16 hours per week or £5,000 per annum, unless you are retired and receiving a private / company pension or in receipt of disability allowance)
  • Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years.
  • Be OK for there to be a credit check performed when you submit your application
  • Have a good credit history with no late payments, debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies.
  • Delivery must be to the address you put on the finance application, which must be the same as your billing address of the bank account you’re applying with.

Finance Decision

Your application will be assessed based on various factors including eligibility, credit history and affordability and Duologi will let you know the outcome of their decision in just a few seconds. It’s important to know that when applying for finance a hard credit check is made and this is recorded on your credit file.

Once approved, you just need to digitally sign your credit agreement, pay your deposit and then wait for your order to arrive.

In a very few cases, your application may be referred to a lender for manual underwriting. In such cases you’ll be notified by email of the credit decision within 24 hours. If you’re not approved for finance it could be for a variety of reasons. You should gain a copy of your credit file and this will be able to give you more information.

Repaying the loan

Your first direct debit payment will be taken about 30 days after you have received your purchase. This will show on your statement as a payment to Specialist Lending Ltd. You have the right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time.

Cancellation

There is a 14-day cooling off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you wish to do this, you need to notify Duologi.

A finance agreement does not affect our standard refund and returns policy. Just contact us and we can cancel your application and Duologi will refund your deposit. They will let you know of any outstanding balance if applicable.

FAQs

  • What information will I need to provide?

    During Duologi’s secure application process you will be asked to provide some basic personal details such as your marital, residential and employment status. You will also need to have your bank account handy and possibly your credit or debit card information for deposit and ID verification.

  • Do I have to have hard-copies of my documents or credit card on me?

    No, the application process is 100% paperless. You will simply need to provide your credit card information but no need to present the actual card at any point.

  • How long does this process take in total?

    Once you decide you want to make your purchase on finance, a member of our staff will guide you through selecting a plan and setting you up to apply. Our application process typically lasts 5-10 minutes from start to finish should you be accepted and then you will have successfully purchased your goods.

  • Can I add to or change my order once submitted?

    Once an order has been placed using finance, no additions or alterations can be made. Please ensure that the order you have submitted is correct. If you require any additional items, then you will need to place a separate order.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

    No changes can be made to the delivery address or other details regarding the order once it has been submitted.

  • What happens if my application is referred?

    If your application has been referred, the lender will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) to inform you about the status of your application.

  • What happens if my application is referred?

    Under the data protection act, we have no access to any information as to why your application has been declined, but there are a couple of steps you can take to ensure that your application is accepted.

    - Ensure all data is correct, and the address you enter on your application matches your registered address.

    - If you are concerned about your credit status then please consider paying a deposit to increase that likelihood of acceptance.

  • When will my order be shipped?

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, if you no longer wish to go ahead then please contact us on messenger or via email atservice@againfaster.eu. The order can be cancelled before it has been shipped out.

  • What do I do if I want to return my order?

    If you would like to return your order, then please contact us on messenger or via email atservice@againfaster.eu. Your refund will be processed within 14 working days of us receiving the returned items.
