How does it work?

Add the products you want to the basket and select 'Divido' at checkout. The minimum order amount is £300.

Complete the online application form. It takes 30 seconds to find out your result.

If prompted, complete the ID verification, review and sign your agreement with the lender electronically.

Once you’ve signed, we’ll deliver the goods to your home address or you can pick them up in store.

What do you offer?

We offer a variety of finance plans for different periods of time and at different interest levels. Ask one of our sales people to show you the cost-breakdown for the purchase amount you are interested in.

Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) is a type of finance where the interest mentioned is applied after the deferral period (6 months). If you repay the loan within the first 6 months, no interest will be incurred. The interest above is applied after the 6 months pass.

You do not need to add a deposit, but you can if you wish to reduce the credit amount.

Finance is enabled as a payment option with an order value of minimum £300 and maximum £25,000.

To apply you must:

✓ Be over 18 years of age

✓ Be a UK Resident for at least 3 years

✓ Have a UK bank account that can accept direct debits

✓ Have credit or debit card registered to your home address

✓ Have a stable income whether through permanent employment or other means (pension, disability allowance, etc.)

✓ Be OK for there to be a credit check performed when you submit your application

Please note: Delivery must be to the address you put on the finance application, which must be the same as your billing address of the bank account you’re applying with.

You have the right to withdraw from your finance agreement. In-store this is 14 days following receipt of goods, in all other sales channels this is 15 days following signing of the credit agreement. You will still be in a contract of purchase for the goods. Please contact us to arrange alternative payment, or to arrange safe return of goods according to our returns policy.

  • What information will I need to provide?

    During Divido’s secure application process you will be asked to provide some basic personal details such as your marital, residential and employment status. You will also need to have your bank account handy and possibly your credit or debit card information for deposit and ID verification.

  • Do I have to have hard-copies of my documents or credit card on me?

    No, the Divido application process is 100% paperless. You will simply need to provide your credit card information but no need to present the actual card at any point.

  • How long does this process take in total?

    Once you decide you want to make your purchase on finance, a member of our staff will guide you through selecting a plan and setting you up to apply. Our application process typically lasts 5-10 minutes from start to finish should you be accepted and then you will have successfully purchased your goods.

  • Can I add to or change my order once submitted?

    Once an order has been placed using Divido Finance, no additions or alterations can be made. Please ensure that the order you have submitted is correct. If you require any additional items, then you will need to place a separate order.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

    No changes can be made to the delivery address or other details regarding the order once it has been submitted.

  • What happens if my application is referred?

    If your application has been referred, the lender will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) to inform you about the status of your application.

  • What happens if my application is referred?

    Under the data protection act, we have no access to any information as to why your application has been declined, but there are a couple of steps you can take to ensure that your application is accepted.

    - Ensure all data is correct, and the address you enter on your application matches your registered address.

    - If you are concerned about your credit status then please consider paying a deposit to increase that likelihood of acceptance.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Your order will be prepared for dispatch once the application is signed and marked as ready. If you have any queries about the status of your order, then please contact us on messenger or via email at service@againfaster.eu for more information.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, if you no longer wish to go ahead then please contact us on messenger or via email at service@againfaster.eu. The order can be cancelled before it has been shipped out.

  • What do I do if I want to return my order?

    If you would like to return your order, then please contact us on messenger or via email at service@againfaster.eu. Your refund will be processed within 14 working days of us receiving the returned items.
