This load-bearing system allows incremental weight change for weight progression, making it great for accessories or fixing muscle imbalances and rows/ pulls.
Perform a whole host of exercises with this setup and support your compound lifts with these accessory movements.
This product is only compatible with our Rival Series Power Rack and Lat/Row attachment.

- There are two options for weight adjustment: the selection plate design and the load-bearing design.
- The depth of the pedals can be adjusted as needed when doing seated rowing
