A solid, coated steel frame ensures you'll have a rock-solid base to train with at any angle.

And just about any angle is what you can get with this bench. The back pad can be adjusted from a -10 degree decline up to an 80-degree incline, with a total of 7 positions for the back pad. On top of that, the seat pad has 4 different positions, from incline to a -15 degree decline. This really gives you amazing flexibility for your workouts and eliminates the need for multiple bench options.

One of the real draws of the Competition Plus Adjustable Weight Bench is its sliding, adjustable seat. It can be adjusted to zero gap if needed, but this feature allows you to find the most suitable gap for your needs. It secures firmly in place once you're happy. Some lifters prefer some gap between the back pad and the seat, but most find that having zero gap offers an unmatched level of comfort and performance. The beauty here is that you can test until you find the best fit for you!

A tailor-made tool for decline work on this bench, we also offer a leg attachment, which fits securely to the "back pad" end of the bench. This attachment is compatible only with the Competition Elite Adjustable Bench and our Competition Plus Adjustable Bench.

The coated steel frame looks the part in any gym setting, and AF branding features debossed into the back pad, on the feet, and laser-cut into the front of the bench. Extra-wide feet give excellent stability, with hard-wearing wheels that make for easy transport around your gym. A textured, robust front handle allows you to pick up your bench for movement around your training space with ease.

The pads are a firm but comfortable design, striking an ideal balance between comfort and support. The upholstery is grippy and textured, to prevent sliding during your workouts.
