• When is the Black Friday Gym Equipment Sale?
  Black Friday has become one of the key dates in the retail calendar, where you can find some serious discounts and Black Friday deals on gym equipment. We are offering a range of deals this year, including discounts on weight sets, flat and adjustable gym benches, and so much more.

  Black Friday 2023 falls on 24th November, with Cyber Monday on the 27th November..... It's a great time to complete your Christmas shopping or start prepping for those 2024 goals!

• Can You Offer Me A Discount On Shipping?
  We aren't able to offer a shipping discount or free shipping on top of the Black Friday discounts. If you are local to our warehouse, we can offer warehouse collection Monday-Friday, select this option at checkout and then drop us an email at [email protected] to book your collection time.
• I Want To Place A Pre-Order, When Will My Products Ship?
  If you are interested in placing a pre-order during the Black Friday sale, please take note of the date of availability for the products you wish to order. We cannot offer split shipping, which means any shipments containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order items arrive in our warehouse.
• Can I Combine Two Different Orders?
  If you have placed two separate orders, we, unfortunately, won't be able to combine shipping or refund shipping charges. Because of the weight of our equipment, it's expensive to ship, so we always advise buying all the equipment you need in the same order to save on shipping.
• How Do I Contact Customer Service?
  You can email us via [email protected] or leave us a message us at 01159 455454.  We are available from Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm. If your enquiry is urgent, please drop us an email, and we will do our best to help; please include as much information as possible to allow us to assist you quickly.
• Do You Have Any Reviews?
  Yes! We are partnered with Trustpilot to offer independent and unbiased reviews of our products and services. You can take a look at those reviews here.
• What Are Your Black Friday & Cyber Monday Payment Options?
  We offer a range of payment options to suit your needs, including Paypal Express, Braintree card payments and personal finance options, including Klarna and Clearpay. You can find out more about our personal finance options here.
• What Is Your Returns Policy?

  If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To request a return, please complete the form at the bottom of this page. or in your account section of the website.

  To have your return accepted, item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault reported.

  Returned item(s) originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the equipment, less the actual cost of shipping.

  The return address is located on the return slip and the bottom of our website. We will respond to each of these issues on a case-by-case evaluation and contact you to provide a resolution.   Refunds

  Once we receive your item(s) back with us, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or chosen payment method. You will receive the refund within 48-72 hours of that initiation process depending on your card issuer's or payment methods policies. If we conclude that your returned items are not in original unused condition with packaging, we will contact you to discuss charges.

  Shipping Costs

  Again Faster are not liable for any return shipping costs and these will be deducted from your refund. We can organise collections through our courier partners that can be deducted from the final refund.
