By popular demand, we are going to make equipment available for pre-order to allow people to secure their order ahead of restocking and the equipment arriving. We are aware there is a serious shortage available in the market, so we are operating on a first come first served policy.

We offer a pre-order service to allow customers to reserve their equipment early, to secure what they need from an incoming batch of inventory. This is especially requested during times of high demand when people want to guarantee their order with us despite the wait.
Full payment with shipping costs is taken in advance of the stock arriving and shipped out to you from a reserved pool of equipment when it arrives at our warehouse.
As soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse, we'll start dispatching orders and you'll receive an email with tracking information.
We will make pre-order products available to purchase on the website as you normally would for an in-stock product. You will be able to checkout as normal using all of the payment methods. We need to take full payment to reserve your order and incoming stock.
You can use the 'notify me' sign up link on each product page to be notified when pre-order is live and also sign up to our newsletter.
Your order will be shipped out in full once everything has been restocked. Even if you have added in-stock items to your order, we will not ship these out on their own. If you want in-stock equipment faster, you will need to place a separate order.
Please see the tables above for estimated Shipping Date Ranges for each product and keep in mind that there are delays that can occur beyond our control.
Of course, you can contact our team and we will process the refund as soon as possible. This must be requested before the order is shipped out, as you will be responsible for the full return costs back to us.
Due to the level of demand, we are not able to adjust preorders once they have been placed. We can cancel your existing order for you to place a new updated order.
You can contact our team any time for an update on your pre-order. We will also release updates via our newsletter or contact you directly if there's an issue with your order.

It is possible for all incoming items to be sold during pre-order. If this happens the product will be disabled and unavailable to pre-order until further incoming stock is confirmed.
