HOW SOON WILL MY GEAR ARRIVE?

Shipping dates vary between countries. If you email us with your order number, we can track it for you.

DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES?

From Again Faster Europe, we ship to Europe only. If you have requirements outside this region please email service@againfaster.eu 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?

Yes, this isn't a problem. Our European Distribution is in Nottingham, England. We are present at a wide variety of events all over Europe and can take pre orders that are free of shipping charges and can be picked up at the event. (weight dependant) You can send us an email to see if we will be at an event in your area or stay plugged into our Facebook page for up to date news on what we are doing and where we are going.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on all unused equipment, no questions asked. If you are unhappy with any of your gear, simply send it back to our warehouse in original condition, and we'll provide you with a replacement, refund, or store credit, at your preference.You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the warehouse. When we receive the returned gear, we will then refund your card for the cost of the item purchased, less the original cost of shipping. Returned items originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the gear, less the actual cost of shipping. Items returned more than 60 days after purchase will receive store credit.Please download and complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment. The return address is located at the top of the form. If you receive any gear that was damaged in transit or after use, simply take a picture of the damage and send it to warranty@againfaster.co.uk. We will respond to each of these issues on a case by case evaluation, and contact you to provide a resolution.If you need further answers on the return policy, please give us a call at +44 (0) 1159 455454 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

IS MY EQUIPMENT UNDER WARRANTY?

All warranties for each specific product are listed under the product descriptions. If you need any more information contact warranty@againfaster.co.uk

CAN I GET REPLACEMENT PARTS?

In most cases yes please send an email to warranty@againfaster.co.uk and let us know the replacement part you need and we will try to get one out to you. In some cases we will need to ship these from the US, so shipping time could be a few weeks. 

CAN I RETURN THE SHOES I ORDERED FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Yes! As long as they haven't been worn, please download and complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment. The return address is located at the top of the form. Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE PART OF A PACKAGE THAT I ORDERED?

Yes! We accept partial returns on packages. Please download and complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment. The return address is located at the top of the form. If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded the sale price of the item, less the cost of shipping.

DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT?

At this time, we do not have any active discount codes for individual purchases by MIL/LEO.

WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE TO MY CHARITABLE EVENT OR SPONSOR MY COMPETITION?

We are excited that you are running and/or participating in an event within the Crossfit community. Although we cannot sponsor every event, we would be happy to discuss if and how we can support your cause. HOW DO I GET A CUSTOM QUOTE FOR MY NEW CROSSFIT AFFILIATE?

Send an email over to service@againfaster.eu or fill in the free online quote form. Include the list of equipment you are looking to get and the address it will be shipped to and we will get a quote back to you! Also, if you are new to running an affiliate feel free to pick our brains about any and everything required to running a successful affiliate our staff has a wealth of knowledge in all things CrossFit!

WHICH JUMP ROPE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

If you are just learning double­unders (2 rotations per jump) then the Ultra­Speed rope is a great choice. Though it is named Ultra­Speed it is actually slower than our Revolution and Revolution­X rope which is nice while you are working on your timing. If you are experienced with double­unders the Revolution Rope is a great step up extremely fast and can be used in and out doors. The fastest rope we have is the Revolution­X Rope. This rope revolves at a blistering speed; however, it is not recommended for outdoor use. The Rev­X is best suited for use on stall mats or reserved for competitions.
