Shipping & Returns

We are working with couriers to ensure service resumes, however, there may be delays during this time due to the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Please be aware all of the current delivery estimates will be subject to change with the evolving situation. 

Most of our equipment is very heavy and falls under the 'heavy and bulky' category weighing over 31kg, which means you will need to be in to receive and sign for the delivery. We offer a professional and tracked delivery service on all orders, with a customer service team on hand to answer any questions you may have regarding delivery.

Shipping Quotes & Prices

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the products in your order. As well as the location of the delivery.

If you would like to see your shipping costs you can add your products to your basket and view your shopping cart to see the shipping costs for your order.

For large or bulk orders you can contact our sales team for a custom quote. Or utilise the quote function on the website to submit your product list to us. 

Again Faster Shipping Policy

Our warehouse team work to ensure all in-stock equipment will be despatched within 3 (now estimated 15) business days of the order being placed and being the receipt of funds, excluding any business day holidays. Order processing times will vary depending on order size, it may be possible your order is processed and shipped sooner than 3 days. When you order is delivered please check immediately for any damages before signing. If original product packaging has been discarded we will not accept any returns for refunds.

Estimated shipping times from despatch:

• 2-3 days UK delivery from despatch (estimated up to 15 days despatch)
• 5-10 days mainland Europe delivery from despatch (estimated 20 days despatch)
• 5-10 working days for non Again Faster branded products (estimated 15-25 days depending on stock availability)

Please note during busy sale period order processing and despatch times can be longer.

Again Faster Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To have your return accepted item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault.

Returned item(s) originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the equipment, less the actual cost of shipping. Item(s) returned more than 28 days after purchase will receive store credit. Please download and complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment.

The return address is located at the top of the Return Form. We will respond to each of these issues on a case by case evaluation, and contact you to provide a resolution.
