The hooked steel inserts provide an extra level of durability, moulded into the rubber, holding the central ring firmly in place. The design of these plates is IWF diameter specification (450mm diameter) and slightly thinner than other rubber plates on the market to allow for more weight loaded onto the barbell. With an accurate weight tolerance of +/- 2%.

Durable and Strong - Fully vulcanised rubber has been used in the manufacturing process to offer further plate durability by strengthing the rubber. As a result, these plates have a low controllable bounce, even on overhead drops. The virgin plates have been designed to fit on any barbell with 50mm sleeves.
