    The Team Adjustable Bench is a heavy-duty but lightweight bench, that's fully adjustable and designed with 3 stable contact point feet. Considered as one of the best home gym weight benches out there, with a solid 4 to 14 variable gauge steel frame and durable thick antislip padding.

    At 35kg the Team bench will provide a solid base for your workout, built with a thick steel backplate holding the main pad firmly in place. Despite its powerful frame, the Team adjustable bench is compact with a lower profile to take up minimal space in your training area.

    Featuring 6 adjustable back positions and 3 seat position options, this heavy-duty adjustable bench can take your heaviest lifts with a max capacity of 450kg, whilst maintaining support with our firm density, grippy padding. From flat to 85 degrees of incline you can hit all angles with this bench.

    A sturdy rear steel tubing support has been included in the design, to provide maximum safety when lifting heavy in the flat position. The narrow seat feature is perfect for dumbbell work, keeping your legs out of the way when exercising whilst preventing any unwanted bench movement.

    Please note that our current model of bench includes a logo on the pad.
