Combining the quality of our Elite-level rig with a smarter design, the Freestanding Competition Plus Rig is a solid and reliable rig for high-intensity group workouts.

Engineered for strength, the rig is built with 11-gauge steel uprights and 2.5cm-diameter hardware, available in 10' 14' 20' 24' standard lengths. Each joint is fixed with rigid 10mm-thick endplates and the rig is constructed using zinc-coated gusseted crossbars. Durable, hard-wearing and easily adjusted, they will minimise sway and offer maximum versatility. The Plus Rig, meticulously tested at full capacity, is in the market’s top tier for performance. With laser-cut holes set in small increments across both the uprights and the crosstubes, the rig offers a full range of height options for weightlifting. It's also fully customisable with our vast range of competition rig accessories.

Functional Group Training

The rig makes CrossFit group training easy, allowing multiple people get the most out of high-intensity workouts at the same time. It can be used for bench-pressing, squatting, pull-ups and aerobics. Because it uses one crosstube in the centre instead of two on the sides, the Plus Rig is particularly good for muscle-ups. This small change in the construction allows plenty of headroom for anyone to perform muscle-ups and makes an ideal spot to hang a rope.
