    We're here to introduce you to the newest addition to your gym that you'll love incorporating into your workouts: the Again Faster Prowler. A Prowler sled is a heavy sled you can push or pull along the floor, either on its own or loaded with additional weights. It's distinguished from most regular sleds by its 3 points of contact with the floor, and the fact it is designed to be pushed and pulled, instead of just pulled. You may also see Prowlers referred to as a "push sled" for this reason.

    Anyone who has ever used a Prowler will testify to just how good they are for building genuine strength and power and will also recognise its benefits for endurance work with high-intensity sprints. Simply adjust your workout variables - add or reduce weight; pushing vs pulling; change up distances; adjust your speed; reduce or extend rest periods - and you'll quickly learn what a versatile piece of kit this is.

    A great piece of equipment for a full-body workout, it's also ideal for anyone who isn't keen on traditional cardio, all the while offering many advantages you don't get from using weights alone. Our Prowler weighs in at 32kg, so is heavy enough to provide a good workout in its own right when pushed or pulled during sprints. But it also features 2 removable 2 inch diameter poles, which you can load up with weight plates to add extra resistance.

    There are three main ways to use the Prowler. You can push it using the t-bars at the tip of the prowler, forcing you to get lower to the ground. You can push from the two removable poles at the base of the prowler. And it also features 3 welded eyes on the front of the sled, to which you can attach a harness to do sled pulls (or any type of rope/harness that uses a carabiner).

    A black powder coating finish looks the part in any gym setting and is also relatively grippy. The fact the poles are removable also makes storage of your Prowler much easier, essential when space is at a premium; simply remove the poles and it will prop up nicely out of the way against a wall.
