The ultimate in versatility and power, the Competition Elite Adjustable Weight Bench will provide a rock-solid base for any strength training regime. Featuring an overbuilt steel frame construction, the Elite Adjustable Bench matches its sturdiness with flexibility. On top of this, the Elite features a sliding, adjustable seat, which allows you to have zero gap between the back pad and the seat, offering unrivalled comfort and performance on your lifts.
This rock-solid adjustable bench provides flat, incline, and decline positioning (FID). In addition, the seat features a sliding adjustment option, meaning you can alter the pad gap to best suit your needs. All this sits on a heavy-duty, supportive base that weighs in at over 50kg, providing that solid, sturdy feel as a base for your workouts. This bench is made for high load barbell and dumbbell work, with the capacity to handle big weights - there’s no need for any stability concerns even during inclines with this weight bench!
Perfect for decline work on this bench, we are now pleased to offer a leg attachment, which fits securely to the "back pad" end of the bench. This attachment is compatible only with the Competition Elite Adjustable Bench and our Competition Plus Adjustable Bench. It is also compatible with the previous design of the Elite Adjustable Bench if you already have one.
Manufactured with an 11-gauge solid steel frame design, the Competition Elite Adjustable Bench has been crafted to meet the demands of any commercial or high traffic gym environment. Upgraded curved tubing sees the strength increased over the boxed tubing of previous designs. Simply put, this bench has unmatched levels of strength, from the robo-welded frame construction down to the base feet, fully supporting the 450KG weight capacity. We've even widened the feet on our 2022 redesign, to provide even more stability for your training.
The bench comes securely packaged with a fixed modular internal design, which makes it easy to assemble. This adjustable bench should take around 20 mins to construct and features a handle and wheels for ease of movement, allowing for flexible workout programming.

The Elite Adjustable Bench offers full FID positioning whilst maintaining stability for your heaviest lifts. Featuring a rock-solid base that will support your workout to the same level during incline as when in a flat position.
The antislip textured pad will keep you planted to the bench with a firm dense feel across the entire pad surface.
Laser-cut markings and quick-release pins make it easy to change your setup during a workout. Find the position that gives you the most comfort and targets the areas you want to train with precision.
The adjustment ladders are encased in stainless steel to protect from wear and features numbering for ease of set up.

The sliding seat can be adjusted to whatever gap best suits your workout, but often nothing beats the comfort and support of zero gap. Slide your seat into the ideal positioning for you, then securely lock into place.
